Positive: The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel was older but well maintained. View from the sea view balcony was beautiful (408).
Negative: The walls were very thin and you could hear people in other rooms and the hall. WiFi didn't work well in upper end rooms (401 & 402).

Positive: Seaside.
Negative: The hotel is rather old, rooms and facilities are tired, the free parking is “go and find some place on the public parking”, and you can’t even park in front of the hotel to get your suitcases out without blocking the traffic in the street. Proper beach is ~10 minutes away by foot, the one in front of the hotel is very small.
