Summary: I needed a getaway. I decided to check out the Riviera resort and what a great decision! I loved my room it was immaculate and perfectly styled! Everything worked perfectly I even soaked in the giant tub which helped my aching bones! The staff was amazing especially the gals at the poolside bar. I ordered my lunch and took it back to my room and it was delicious! The girls were so friendly and helpful. There are so many amenities you don't even need to leave the resort! I've never stayed at a resort before so this was a first for me, but I'll be back for sure. This is the only way to go for me now! both pools are amazing and the setting and energy is incredible!

Summary: We were taking a road trip from Texas back home to California. Palm Springs was in our stop and decided to find a hotel. We loved it so much we did a late check out and spent half the day there. I definitely plan on coming back.

Summary: The hotel was clean and it was a great place to stay. Didnt have any issues at all. The pool was very nice they have multiple pools and the oasis one we were at was great. It is a family oriented hotel as well so its a good place to stay with kids.

Summary: Every worker that I came in contact with was very very nice and professional. The spa is well maintained and was a nice experience. The hotel did have a lot of ants. My room was full of them. The carpet needs to be replaced. There was a lot of little things that I noticed that needed replacing. Over all the hotel rooms needs to be updated other than that things were good.

Summary: Room was not as expected, not as clean, the room we had the bathtub was extremely dirty the water was not going down when showered... it was okay not sure if I would stay there again

Summary: Only surface clean. Common areas such as lobbies, hallways, pool area, outdoor restaurant not clean w/trash, debris. Most staff friendly. Older resort with old tired furnishings...uncomfortable sofa, tired pool loungers, but comfy bed. Will try somewhat different next time we stayca.
