Summary: Lovely unit. Very central to everywhere we wanted to go. Has everything you need. Could do with a good dusting though.

Summary: The place is in a great location and easy to get everywhere. It looks small from the outside but the inside is accurate to photos and feels bigger. The driveway was a big issue for us. From the road to the driveway there's a big sand patch making it unable to drive down even with a city FWD. If your packing light it's not an issue but with 3 suitcases it was inconvenient to carry over the sand to the property and the rental car had to be parked near the road instead on close to the property. It was also inconvenient if you were wearing anything other then sneakers because sand will get in your shoes aswell. We had an issue with the lock but Jim and Dina were responsive to our messages and planed to fix it when we left. Overall it was a very good priced accommodation. Air conditioning, quiet area and a good location. If you are wanting a budget holiday then this is a good option.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for just over a week. Had my 1yr old with us to and Jim and Dina were kind enough to provide us with a high chair. The location is absolutely perfect, very central to everything and a short walk to the esplanade and shops. The house was very clean and presentable. It has a self contained kitchen with all your needs so you don’t have to eat out every night. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others 😊

Summary: Very comfortable with only a pair of bed linens per bed to use during our stay. (24 nights) Replacing the dining table and chairs including the lounge suite would set this property apart. Ceiling fans require cleaning, apart from our experience, the location wasn't too far away from close family and friends to visit.

Summary: It had everything we needed for our stay. There were a few extra guests that chirped in the night and a large cockroach visited. We managed sort them out. We felt that the approach pathway needs some work to be safe for guests.

Summary: I sincerely couldn't have found a better place to stay. Excellent price for a weeks stay, and in such a lovely home. It was just as you see in the photo's and I loved staying there; it was so warm and cosy. I would definitely say that all those other reviews I read before booking are telling you the absolute truth.
