Positive: The rooms were clean and the facility was nice and well kept. The hosts were incredible. Very kind and receptive.

Negative: The road getting to the facility was a little treacherous, but our taxi driver maneuvered it diligently and we arrived safely and timely.

Positive: Very friendly staff (especially the cook, he was very kind and prepared delicious food). Since it was low season they let me check in early and gave me a free upgrade. The room is big and comfortable. AC works perfectly. Hot water in the shower. Pool is clean. Right next to the beach. Easy to find if you take a motorcar. Great value for money.

Negative: The reason why I'm giving it a 9 instead of 10 is because breakfast was very poor (just a papaya juice and some bread with scrambled eggs). They should definitely improve that. Also, the wifi in my room was very weak and choppy. Signal is better in the restaurant area.
