New apartment ( put into rental on 10 March 2021 ), located very close to the Louvre Museum, Royal Palace and Tuileries Garden.
It is located on the first floor with elevator.
Equipped with double windows, it is very quiet.
The apartment overlooks over both the street and the courtyard. It can accommodate 8 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms with 160 * 200 cm bed and the sofa bed.
The sofa bed has 2 single beds via 2 independent mechanisms.
A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
In all, there are 3 bathrooms ( 2 en suite ) and 3 toilets ( 1 en suite ).
A toilet and a bathroom is located in duplex and the adjoining bedroom is located in the mezzanine.
## Access
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own super high speed wi-fi internet connection and TVs.
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.
## Interaction
Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or message.

Metro line 1 is at a 3-minutes walk from the apartment at Tuileries station. A little further, at 5-minutes walk away, you can take metro line 7 at Palais - Royal Musée du Louvre and metro line 14 at Pyramides.
At 10-minutes away by foot, you have the metro line 3, 8, 9 and the RER A at Opera/ Auber station.
At 15 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 4 and 11 there.
There are taxis available within a 30 second walk from the apartment.
You can also order an Uber or G7.
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bicycle and electric scooter.
