Positive: Fabulous location, ideal for visiting Burlington, Shelburne Museum, Von Trapp Family Lodge & Ben & Jerry's factory. Robert was an excellent host and made us freshly brewed coffee every morning. The guest house was immaculate and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting on Malletts Bay. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Robert was very nice, house was clean, bed was incredibly comfortable.
Negative: •There was no "private" bathroom, you shared it with the other guests. •Bed and breakfast, but couldn't use the kitchen (except the fridge) even though the pictures and descriptions made it sound like you could use it. They did offer coffee and tea for the morning.

Positive: The entire place was immaculate. The bed was great and the room perfect for what I needed. There were plenty of lounging areas as well a deck to watch the sun go down. The host provided coffee and tea and a piece of fruit which set me up for my journey back home. The host was pleasant and responsive and the access and parking were hassle free.

Positive: Comfortable room. It was not clear, though from the description, that it’s a room in a man’s house. It is not a separate apartment. The host was very helpful and allowed use of the main kitchen to make coffee and there was an upstairs lounge area for everyone to use. Just be aware that it’s ALL SHARED SPACE, including the bathroom , except for the bedroom, which has a lock on it.
Negative: Didn’t love the Trump password. Nauseating.
Summary: Nice private room in a shared house with a helpful host.
