Summary: We needed somewhere close to Frankfort for a family wedding. With 12 of us, not a easy thing to find. Marie's place is awesome. Big, clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and were blessed with a beautiful autumn weekend, so got to use the firepit and patio space. Only regret was not going in the summer and getting to use the pool! This is a hidden gem!

Summary: Maria was a gem! She really worked with me to get this property booked 6 months early & was pleasant to deal with the entire time leading up to, and during our stay. The property itself was HUGE and fairly nice. Some things to consider before booking: 1. At check-in I received an email stating no drinking was allowed on the property. 2. There are a bunch of cameras outside, not mentioned anywhere in the listing. 3. The house was by far not a mess, but better cleaning could have been done. There were crumbs on the couches, tables, and chairs. When I wiped the counters down, there was significant residue to the point I had to re-wipe them several times. And there were a lot of bugs inside the home. 4. There was a bit of an odor in the home so we used plug-ins/candles majority of the time. 5. The lights shown in the backyard/around the pool are not there or not working so at night it gets pretty dark except the ceiling fan in the covered porch area next to the pool. 6. The pool’s solar cover was also not on the pool so the pool was pretty cold. (You may need to specify that you would like the cover before check-in.) 7. The property has well water so be prepared for the taste/quality of the water. (There’s calcium/mineral build-up on water fixtures due to this also.) 8. You probably won’t find acreage like this in a vacation rental, and the property is overall really nice, but just a bit more run down than shown in the pictures.

Summary: This had everything we needed. Plenty of beds, big yard for volleyball and soccer,. Driveway made a great pickleball court ( we brought our own nets for these sports) and a pool. We loved the two outdoor spaces for playing cards!!

Summary: We had a group of friends and young children stay at this VRBO, and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was just like in the listing, kitchen was well stocked, there was a great playroom for the kids, yard and pool were great too. Maria was a great host and very responsive. Would recommend.

Summary: Beautiful lot with plenty of space and amenities. Loved the pool and the fire pit! Did look like the home hadn’t been occupied in some time, quite a bit of bugs and the temperature inside the home was hot when we arrived. Also the number of cameras made us feel watched the entire stay. But the owners were very responsive and accommodating. I do recommend
