Summary: Very nice, comfortable, quiet. Easy to move around from room to room. On a busy street but not that noticeable inside. Easy to get to various Chattanooga activities from this location.

Summary: Clean and quaint house with all your main necessities, conveniently located to a lot of local sites and attractions. I traveled with my 12 yo son for some father & son bonding time. The house was perfect. We did so much in 3 full days. Thanks for helping us make memories!

Summary: The house was great as advertised. Clean, neat, etc. But i do have some suggestions. 1. We had access to Wifi, using my wife's tablet. We couldn't connect the TV to wifi so help your next guest with some Instructions. 2. I did notice a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them, but you might want to address this before your next guest. They may not be so favorable in their reviews. 3. How about a listing of local adminities that are close bye? Food Lion for groceries, listing of restaurants that are just down the street. 4. A small dresser, 3 drawers would be great for the bedroom. Instead of guests living out of a suitcase. instructions instructions.

Summary: Property was clean and not a bad little place. However... 24 hour laundromat is located literally right next to this house, so there is an exteme amount of noise from that. Loud conversations and slamming car doors ALL NIGHT LONG. The mattress was very soft and I had to sleep on the sofa because of the uncomfortable bed. My wife slept in the bed only because the sofa wasn't big enough for two to sleep on it. The back door to the house opens into the bedroom. The was hot air and quite a bit of daylight coming from around the door. The other issues we reported were addressed or acknowledged promptly. This was our 14th anniversary trip, and we thought we booked a quiet location. This stay was so disappointing that we left almost two days early, before our anniversary date.

Summary: This home is very conveniently located to Chattanooga and all the tourist attractions like the zoo and aquarium. Although located on a very busy street it is very quiet inside. It has everything that we needed for our stay.

Summary: Due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, we were unable to stay in the house I originally booked. We were moved to another location for our stay. The owners and property management team were very helpful and we were taken care of very quickly. Overall we were very grateful for their support.

Summary: My husband and I visited for a few nights and needed to be close to Soddy-Daisy and Downtown Chattanooga to visit family. This location was super convenient as it is close to the hwy exit, laundromat, grocery store, and multiple good restaurants. The space was very clean and quiet.
