Summary: Quick check-in, got rather a small room facing the road, which was busy during day and also early morning, though ok at night. Loved the offered welcome drink as well as great breakfast buffet. Beds were super comfy, TV offered also international channels. Would come again.

Summary: Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We had a wonderful 1 night stay and enjoyed the amenities that the hotel offered- including the pool and restaurant.

Summary: A little on the outside of town but the staff could not be more helpful and friendly even with limited English. Girl at front desk told us about a must see castle ten minutes away that we were glad we saw before leaving town.

Summary: like : the employees are energetic and helpful - you will not be wanting nor waiting. not like : the room was looking towards the road which even though it is not right there, it is still noisy from early in the morning. Still the bed was so comfortable we stayed comfortably in bed.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and modern and the hotel is perfectly situated in front of a ski lift to get quickly onto the slopes if you’re skiing and it was absolutely perfect for seeing the firework display from the balcony. It’s great that the spa is adults only after a certain time. The only negative... It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t have a car park.

Summary: Just perfect for a ski trip, you just have to walk over the road and a ski lift awaits to take you up to the slopes. Lovely hotel

Summary: We loved our stay here. The room was lovely, the staff were so charming and friendly and the position was right at the edge of the slope. The only thing we thought could be improved was the spa. So much love has gone into making this hotel look great but the spa seems like a bit of an afterthought. It would be great to have a nice scent, a quieter airconditioner, and not allow kids to jump into the small pool.
