Summary: I would have given a 5 star rating, except for the lack of hot water. We enjoyed everything about the condo. The condo is really set up nice. Showering in what was luke warm water, at best, was not enjoyable. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at the condo.

Summary: The unit was provided in very clean condition and very spacious and comfortable for 6 people. There are plenty of pots and pans for eating in and creating meals at home. Ski on is great, though ski off requires a bit of navigation through the woods and across the street. Saddleback can do better providing access for leaving the trails. Overall, a great location for families with young beginner and intermediate skiiers!

Summary: Rock Pond 79 was updated, warm, and good looking. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Dining table was solid and big, living room couch was comfy. Wish a TV had been upstairs so our group could have watched the game in comfort. Pillows were not great. Overall, a winner for our annual stay at Saddleback.

Summary: Overall I give this property an A. If I were to be picky I would say the water for showers needed to be turned up a notch. The view was spectacular and I would rent again for sure.

Summary: Absolutely fabulous! My family had a blast the entire weekend! The condo was wonderful and provided us with a cozy place to be together cooking, eating and celebrating!

Summary: 79 Rock Pond was everything that we expected with one major exception. The "hot"??? water was lukewarm at the hottest setting. Showers were VERY DISAPPOINTING especially after a day outside. Too bad .....Our rating would have been 5 stars but with the water issue it is 3 stars at best.
