Positive: Perfect location for wine tasting in the Paonia/ Hotchkiss area. The grounds are lovely and the rooms had a kitchen. This seems to be a converted motel but the rooms are cute and very comfortable with very nice bedding, towels, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.
