Summary: Room, bed linens and towels are clean. Patio door lock was damaged and not repaired during our stay. However, it was a long weekend and the hotel may have been short-staffed. Hot water for shower is in short supply - after a few minutes, it suddenly turns ice cold. Few amenities but they work. Great view from the balcony.

Summary: The only good thing about the hotel is its view, very nice. The hotel is very old and a little dirty. There was no soap or conditioner, the shower very old. There is a restaurant in the basement, but the only option they give us is to pay $35 for Asian buffet. I think it is too expensive.

Summary: Came in late. Room not ready. Was given uppgrade according to staff but to me the room did not appear to be an upgrade. Initial rm had mountain view. Upgraded room poor veiw, obstructed by trees. Sofa bed was terrible. The mattress worn out. Could feel the springs. Restless sleep. Had to put the sheets on as it was not prepared. Pillows should be thrown out.

Summary: There's no deadbolt on the room door and the balcony door and screen were damaged making it impossible to lock the sliding door to the balcony. Those are my major objections to the ppace. Overall, a decent, night's stay. The room was huge but the way it was layed out was backwards in my mind. The living area was at the far side so if you have guests they need to pass through the sleeping area. The balcony had a great view. The two chairs were comfortable enough. The AC is a standard window unit. There's nothing within walking distance except the hot pot restaurant on site.

Summary: The place was clean but very old and getting run down. The staff was great. No blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. Had to flush the toilet two or three times to get it clean. It There’s no denying they he the best view of Radium by far.
