Food and libations abound in this cozy Colorado town. Athene is located in a very quiet neighborhood. 10 min to Boulder and 20 min to Downtown Denver. This home has three lovely outdoor spaces to spread out and enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Two decks with comfortable seating and dining. Inside a well appointed home with all the essentials you will need to make your stay comfortable.
The space
Appropriately appointed, with hardwood floors throughout. This lovely space has a 4 bedrooms, 2 private baths, dining room, living room and two very large decks. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this is a great home base for adventurers of all types. Like outdoor activities? We are an easy walk/bike ride to the Coal Creek/Rock Trail System in Boulder County. We are 15 minutes away from the famous Flatirons, Mount Sanitas, and Chautauqua Park. Prefer a slower pace? Stroll through Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall, or visit the historic downtown areas of Louisville and Lafayette.

Please note: We DO NOT have cable TV all TV's are Smart TV's. We do have Wifi so please plan accordingly.
We are responsible pet owner friendly. Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis with pet deposit and an additional $50/per pup/per day fee. Please tell me about your furry. Any previous positive feedback on Air will be weighted heavily.
If your pet is approved, be a good pet owner. Pick up after your dog in the yard and the neighborhood. And under no circumstances leave your dog unattended either in the yard or the house. Thank you for your cooperation
If you do bring your pet without approval you will be asked to leave immediately and not have your fees returned. We will know if you choose to not abide by this request.

Summary: We stayed at the property for a hockey tournament. 3 dads and their 3 sons. The house provided great hang out spaces and private bedrooms for our group. Location was quiet with lots of wildlife (more on that later). The check in was easy and there were nice snacks available to us after a day of traveling. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook dinner. The owner was very responsive and answered all concerns within minutes. She truly cares about the comfort and enjoyment of her guests. There was a binder with helpful recommendations and directions to refer to. There was a nice park one house down for the kids to play at. Just a few little quirks to be aware of. There is no access to the garage although there is plenty of room for parking. The listing mentions that it has Mountain View’s. We did not see the Mountain View’s from the house, but it wasn’t far to see the mountains. You will want to make sure to bring your own shampoo and shower accessories as there are none provided. Although the house was pretty clean, we had a bit of an issue with spiders on the lower level. We saw several and had one crawling on my neck while in bed at night. I don’t fault the owner for that, but hopefully it can be taken care of for the next guests. If you are looking for a location centrally located between Boulder and Denver that provides a quiet neighborhood and responsive host, then I wouldn’t hesitate to book here.

Summary: My son‘s wedding was in Boulder and he lives in Denver so it was a perfect distance between the two. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub and the house was spacious.

Summary: Friends and I stayed at the house for five nights. It was a comfortable home base for our explorations. We loved the hot tub and spent some time in it nearly everyday. Our one concern was addressed quickly by Carolyn. Everything was comfortable and worked properly. We loved Otis Coffee and the deli/bakery next to it.

Summary: Property was in great shape and met our needs. The preinstalled gate on top of the stairs was nice as we had a small child with us. The basement had a full bath with a bedroom and small living room and the upstairs had three bedrooms with another full bath. Master Bedroom had a sink in the breezeway between the bedroom and shared bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
