Summary: The guy at check in was very nice and friendly. The room was no smoking but smelled of that super old horrible stuffy cigarette smell. The room has potential but looks as though housekeeping does not do their job. The bathroom was dirty. I had to clean stuff off of the toilet. Hair still in shower. A towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The towels were stained, very small and looked very old. This place needs a deep clean and a new bed to make it decent.

Summary: The stay was nice and the service was great, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up very stiff and sore both mornings.

Summary: Checkin was easy, property isn’t in the greatest condition, the room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom tub liner was on the ground and the towels were not clean. There was a smell in the room, but I’m thinking it’s all the rooms, the chair was dirty, the floors were dirty, I wiped the counter tops with a wipe and it was dirty, not enough plugs near the night stand, the mini fridge was on the floor and wobbles. There was a lot of parking but the trees left a lot of sap on my car. There was an ice machine outside as well a vending machine

Summary: I stayed at this motel in Reno for two nights with another adult. It’s definitely on the cheaper side, and you get what you pay for. The room was not very clean—the carpet was dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The coffee pot and walls were also dirty, and the sink didn’t work when I arrived. I had to request maintenance, which was inconvenient. That said, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived really late—around 3am—after getting caught in a blizzard, and they still checked me in without any issues. I spent most of my time out and about in Reno, only coming back to sleep, so it served its purpose. If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash and don’t mind a bit of grime, it might be okay. Otherwise, I’d suggest spending a little more for a cleaner stay.
