Positive: Attended a conference at Fordham so it was a fifteen minute walk to campus and the botanical garden and zoo. Very convenient. The room was simple but clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We luckily got the last free parking spot and left the car parked for the whole time we were there. The location is close to subways and grocety stores and many eating options. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Negative: The grab and go breakfast was a granola bar, inedibly stale pack of cookies, box of apple juice and an apple. So not really a breakfast. Our neighbours both nights were quite loud in moments but it was generally quiet through the night. There is not a lot of surface space to put things down but there was a safe , a fridge and a closet.
