Summary: The staff are nice. The picture of the room is different from the actual room. It doesn’t look like that comfort, but it is bigger than the picture shows. Also, I am not sure how hard they are doing the cleaning, but there is a cockroach in the bathroom. Overall, if you have a business trip nearby, it is a nice place for people who stay for a bit. If I revisit San Antonio again, I would rather pay more to stay in another location.

Summary: Several maintenance problems: ie burned out light bulbs, entry lock problems, door poorly sealed allowing insects/wind into room.

Summary: Great place if passing thru SA. Very nice staff/owners. Very very very clean room. Stayed in 104. Very quiet except for busy street but not bothersome. Very near to EVERYTHING! As in any city you visit, always be aware of your surroundings :-) Overall great place to stay :-)

Summary: It was a little dingy in the hotel. And they didnt give me more soap or shampoo eventhough i was there for 4 days. Nice staff. Just needs more upkeep.
