Summary: Surprisingly nicer than thought it would be. Room recently remodeled and very quiet though it was very close to freeway. I saw an ambulance and firetruck, lights flashing and I assume sirens blaring on I-35 access road just 100 feet or so from my ground floor window and did not hear a sound. Parking right outside the door. Close to city center. Felt a got very lucky with last minute booking

Summary: My stay was quiet. I was shocking surprised that I couldn’t hear people in the rooms next to mine. The housekeeping was exceptional.

Summary: This is your classic budget hotel but everything was clean and comfortable plus a fridge and microwave in your room. There were a few issues with things not working but Steven sorted them all out for us. It's a bit of a slog to stay here without a car. After we returned our car, we got a bus from downtown which took 45+ mins and cost $1.25. Getting to the airport cost the same and probably took 1hr 15min. There is nothing very close to this hotel although the Mexican restaurant on premises does good $1 breakfast tacos.

Summary: This is a convenient location to UT. The exterior is dated so I was pleasantly surprised to discover a modern room. I had a king with a sitting area. There was a microwave and small fridge. Comfortable bed. I had problems connecting to the internet in my room but lobby connection was quick with good connectivity. I did not report it at first, thinking it was due to after dinner guest use. They told me they would put in a work order.
