Positive: Very close to our destination! Ample parking just across the highway from a favorite childhood donut shop. The receptionist was so helpful and cheerful. The lobby area was nice. There was also big evidence of current renovations and upgrades by a big lot of new air conditioning boxes. Our room was clean and the pillows were nice.

Negative: The mini fridge and microwave were in working order but had rusty surfaces. There was no iron but the hanging ironing board had not been removed and there were holes and gross stains on it.

Summary: Accommodations when and exactly where we needed to be. Pleasant reception and check out.

Positive: The property was conveniently located and a breakfast restaurant was on the property. Also the room was very clean. Management/staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Negative: The room was outdated, esp the carpet. But overall a good experience.
