Summary: Staff was mostly friendly with exceptions. Kitchen had no working appliances. No tea pot, no kettle. Broken Keurig machine. Cards for door did not work repeatedly. Light bulbs missing. No room service except on day 6, before we left. The guest laundry closes at 8.30pm. AC in the room did not cool efficient. It was not over 26⁰ outside, and that made it bareable. We had a connecting room. Door lockable. The door made barely a difference to the noise. I will avoid staying there again.
