Positive: Location was perfect to walk into town and we had a pretty view for morning coffee. I also liked that they supplied coffee.-) The place looked exactly like the pictures--charming!
Negative: The bedroom closets had storage racks on each side which made it tricky to hang our long dresses and store our travel bags and shoes underneath. Leaving one side open in each closet would be better. There was a broken lamp shade in one room as well.
Summary: It was a beautiful and charming place!

Positive: Right next to a stair way that led right into town- Hood River is so cute and vibrant The place was clean and well stocked. Beds and linens were very comfortable

Positive: Location was great. Very close walking distance to town. Property was very nice. A couple of small appliances were missing or didn’t work, (hair dryer, coffee grinder), but the local office promptly responded and had them replaced very quickly.
Negative: Red Awning sent out FAR too many emails regarding the rental, none of which were helpful. Also sent the rental agreement twice ( ignoring that I filled it out the 1st time) and did not get the digital key code until the day of arrival AFTER calling the office to request it yet again.
Summary: Great property. Great location.
