Summary: Air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for the kind of heat we were having (we are bikepacking and really needed to escape the heat) and they just changed it the same day for a stronger unit that did the job perfectly. And that was on July 1st! We’re really grateful! Thanks to everyone there.

Summary: Lots of parking close to our room. Pleasant, friendly staff, Room was spotless with a modern feel, comgortable beds. Mini fridge, small microwave and a small table with two comfortable side chairs. Very dog friendly and we were given a room close to a large grassy area which was perfect for dog walks and the $15 charge for dogs was reasonable given the extra cleaning that is required after a dog visits. We would definitely recommend Roger's Motel to people visiting Smith Falls or the surrounding area of Perth, etc. We will definitely be returning in the future.
