Only minutes away you will find the towns of Bromont, Sutton, Orford, Magog and many others. Close to many seasonal activities. Paved bike path is only feet away, Being by the water guests can practice canoeing, kayaking or even swim at our beach. The lake is shallow and warms up quickly during the summer months. For your use at the beach is a Pedal boat, kayak, canoe, beach chairs and picnic table..

Summary: The house is sunny and surrounded by trees, very comfortable and very well equipped. The private walk to the lake is short. The water was wonderful. The property is close the the Route Verte bike path. We'd go back for sure.

Summary: Searching for a getaway in Ont or Que, I kept coming back to Rogers Place, and was finally so happy with my choice. Though not lakefront, a minute walk takes you to a private lakefront access/beach, with dock and water toys, where we spent many hours with our dogs. Water is shallow and clear, with sandy bottom and no weeds, rocks etc. Perfect for dogs, and kids. Great sunsets. The property was welcoming, private, spacious and sparkling clean. Does sleep 8, including 4 bunkbeds but double bed does require occupants who do not mind snuggling! Well appointed inside and out, with everything you could possibly want. Nights were cool which made the outdoor firepit that much more inviting. Eastman is a nice small village, again with everything you need including a pub and an excellent bakery. 5 minutes in opposite direction, there is the Simard farm that sells its local produce and flowers, all with chickens, ducks, sheep and border collies. A great spot to visit and shop. Other interesting locales, like Sutton, Knowlton, Owl’s Head, are within reasonable distances for afternoon day trips. My only regret is that I booked too late and did not get the best weather week possible. Do not make same mistake!

Summary: I loved the look and landscape of the property. Well situated at the of the road, feels private although we had neighbours. It was ideal. Our host let us in gave us a tour and made himself available all weekend should we need anything. The interior of the home was welcoming and immaculate. We would love to go back and will recommend it to friends and family.

Summary: Beautiful property near a nice lake. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities available to us from the property manager, Randy, who was just great and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Seven of us stayed very comfortably in this lovely, clean, peaceful, welcoming cottage. It was such a holiday to sit on the front or back deck, on shade or sun as we pleased, having coffee or cool drinks. The lake was beautiful and shallow out for a long way so parents did not have to worry about the kids. Paddle board and kayaks made extra fun on the hot days. We thought we would drive around and see different towns during our week, but we ended up just enjoying Eastman for most of it.

Summary: We were a family of 4 and found the house and property to be perfect! Randy was superb as a host. Lake was steps away and we made great use of the paddle boards and kayaks! The house was right next to the bike path which we used several times to go to town. Highly recommended property!

Summary: The cabin was clean and comfortable and Randy was a great host. The yard is private and inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor shower. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook in or there are dining opportunities within 10 minutes. The lake is warm and very shallow - great for kids. We enjoyed several paddles and our 10 month old grandson loved splashing on the shore.
