Positive: The building's layout was beautiful, it was the perfect environment to take beautiful pictures ( we took tons). The rooms looked as beautiful as the photos. The breakfast was equally wonderful and very tasty. It was exactly what we needed to start our day. The staff at the facility are also very kind and were attentive to our every request, even though we didn't speak the language. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family who are visiting Boa Vista for the first time to choose Roka.

Negative: There were some electrical issues in the room we stayed in (Room 9), the AC kept shutting off whenever you took a bath. There was only hot water in the bathroom for a short period of time and also there were some issues with the lighting in the bathroom.

Positive: We love the location, it's very quiet and relaxing. We never have to share the pool area. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The breakfast always tastes good.

Negative: We were supposed to order our breakfast the night before, but I didn't receive the text until 10:40pm. We were already asleep. In the morning when we went to have breakfast, the girl didn't seem to want to help us get through. We had to ask her for the menu after we realized she wasn't going to send it to us.

Summary: Very relaxing get away from the business of life and work.
