Positive: The food was excellent (breakfast and dinner). The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The Rollestone Coach House was very comfortable and attractive. The atmosphere was very positive and relaxing.
Negative: We knew that check-in time was 3pm but didn't realise that the place was not actually open until 3pm, so when we arrived a little bit early we had to wander about outside. We tried to phone but received no answer. Perhaps it would be helpful if it could be made clearer that check-in time is also opening time.
Summary: Excellent and very enjoyable. Thank you so much for everything!
