Positive: I like the hotel patio and gate to the hotel, the mini fridge was also convenient.
Negative: It felt unsafe late at night with all the men looking at you and gathering. One man made a loud noise to scare us. We took ubers when the sun went down and hurried into the hotel. It was quite loud sometimes and you could hear glass break.
Summary: We felt unsafe walking at night, but the hotel had a gate

Positive: I liked that it was close to the train station and not too far from the centre and metro.
Negative: Unfortunately the entrance felt a bit unsafe a night time since it was a hang out of intoxicated people and it reeked of pee outside the entrance.

Negative: The location was close to things but that benefit was offset by the people that were milling around outside. There were always large groups of men outside the entrance and as a female traveler it was intimidating. I did not look forward to going back to the location after a long day of sightseeing.

Positive: The proximity to the main train station in Rome as well as the hop on hop off was awesome. The Ladies at Reception were super awesome and attentive to our needs.
Negative: The neighborhood is a bit run down. The people outside the property are intimidating but if you do not interact with them, then all is good.

Positive: The room location and staff for great. It's a little sketchy outside the main entrance at night with all of the garbage and people looking over your shoulder to try to get the code to get in.
Negative: The garbage all on the streets in front of the gate and the people looking over your shoulder trying to get the code.

Positive: Cleaning. Our room was clean and daily cleaning was also good. Central location, it was super easy to get anywhere.
Negative: They give us another room than we paid for. They give us cheaper room with no facilities we expected to have according to the room type description (we booked a studio). That’s the main issue for us. Also the street where place located looks creepy and dangerous, not a good option for women especially for solo travellers. Btw we arrived at night so they ask me to share with them my CC details even if I paid in advance and the city tax should be paid at the property (I told them I can pay the tax next day at the reception but no).
Summary: This is not what I expected. But at least the place was clean.
