Welcome to our cozy cottage in Locust Lake Village just minutes from skiing, indoor water parks, a casino, shopping and more! You’ll have the entire place to yourself which includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy our yard with a private hot tub, grill, and fire pit! Warm up by the gas fireplace in our living room which has a flat screen TV and board games. All this in an amenity filled community with lakes, beaches, tennis and pickle ball courts!
We'll be available via email, text or the Airbnb app throughout your stay. Although we don't live local (about 2 hours away) we have a local property manager who can help in emergencies.
Locust Lake Village is a private community monitored with 24 hour security.
Our home located close to the major Pocono Ski resorts: Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback. Other attractions include Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Great wolf Lodge. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and bars.

Guests will have full access to the entire house as well as to the gorgeous amenity filled community of Locust Lake Village.
Some of the amenities include three lakes, a sledding hill, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds and more!
Our guests will have access to the entire house and property. We've recently renovated the kitchen and added new floors to the living room, dining room and kitchen. Guests and park in our two driveways located in front of the home. When you register at the front office you will be provided with a parking pass for your car.
Please note all guests must register at the front desk and that there is a $35 fee for parking, compactor and amenity use. The minimum renter age is 25. At the front desk you’ll get badges for facility access, a compactor pass so you can dispose of your garbage and a parking pass.
Our pet fee per stay Is $100 for up to two pets. The extra fee goes directly to our cleaner for the extra cleaning between guests.
All guests must provide the full names of guests staying in the home, vehicle make/model and license plate information, within 48 hours of booking so we can register you with our community. See more @theditmarshideout
Our community has strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am and is monitored by 24 hour security. We love our neighbors so please be respectful of these hours.

Summary: We had such a great time over Valentine’s Day weekend! The romantic cottage was exactly that and we enjoyed our time there and in the hot tub! The cottage was very clean and warm and thank you for the special request that was delivered! Definitely recommend to stay here and we will be back!

Summary: House was very clean and both the fireplace and hot tub were operational. The location is very quiet but still close to attractions like J Thorpe (25 min). Not a lot of hot water but not a problem for 2 people. Also, the vacuum was broken but that is an easy fix. Communication through VRBO didn’t work but the host resolved the issues directly.The deck is very nice but was in need of cleaning. . I swept up a build up of leaves. My dog loved it, bring 2 gates to close off if you want to contain them while sitting outside..

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay. Watching all the deer from the porch was awesome. My only regret is the fireplace did not work. The host responded right away but unfortunately changing the batteries did not help. We also did not receive the email with the entrance code like we were suppose to. This was my first time and I just assumed we got a key at the visitor place where you have to check in. Will definitely stay here again
