The air conditioned cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and offers all the comforts of home in a gorgeous waterfront setting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bed. All towels, linens, and bedding are provided along with cable television, DVR and DVD player. High speed wifi is available and cellphones receive great 4G speeds. Outside, the cottage deck is setup for dining, relaxing, and BBQ grilling.
Swim, fish, boat, kayak, lounge and watch your cares float away. Experience a romantic retreat, couple's getaway, anniversary, birthday or honeymoon. No matter your interests, our cottage will provide the comfort, atmosphere, and ambience you need to unplug, unwind and relax from your busy life.

Summary: Wonderful property. As identified, it is an intimate cottage with an outstanding view of the lake. The cottage is very well laid out with many amenities - most kitchen appliances you would want. Jeff and Beth were gracious hosts. My wife and I can't wait to go back.

Summary: in all the years I have been using VRBO not one rental holds a candle to The Cottage at Sunset Trail. From the initial contact Jeff and Beth were on top of every email I sent with a barrage of questions -since my husband had a bunch about the fishing. They provided a thorough listing of restaurants and shops, sightseeing, etc well in advance of the trip so you could plan your trip. when we arrived we were greeted by Beth (Jeff was away that weekend- sorry to have missed meeting him) She showed us around the rental and was so welcoming. The cottage was perfect- beautifully decorated and the most immaculate home I have ever seen. She provided several snacks and some yogurt and OJ for the morning -how thought ful. I have no idea what laundry detergent they use but in all the hotels I have ever stayed out in my life (and I have traveled to Europe and spent so many times in hotels in NYC) i have never felt softer bathroom towel and sheets in my life! this made a good nights rest perfect. we would highly recommend the cottage and will definitely be back (hopefully with some better weather and fishing) thank you Jeff and Beth

Summary: The area and the cottage were superb, it was a fantastic way to spend a few days for my wife's birthday and our anniversary. Be prepared for some stairs down to and back from the dock! The thoughtfulness put into the decor and accommodations in the cottage were superb: the hosts thought of everything! Comfortable, cozy and quiet, it was a great getaway!
