odern country style cottage set on 112 acres with large shady trees and lovely gardens.
The space
Newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom country home. Lovely outlooks, Spa, Pizza oven, outside bath and BBQ.
All beds are pillow top and we use 100% cotton linen on all our beds. Bedings and towels are provides so you only need to bring your relax mood and big surprise smile to except the exclusive retreat time for yourself or your family.
The Pizza oven, outside bath and spa are exclusive use for the guests, which made this place super suitable for couple for a holiday or just a weekend getaway.
We will provide fire wood, which you can light up in the firepit in the front yard, would absolutely be the most memorable time for your little conuntry trip.
We do allow dogs or pets, while extra cleaning fee will be charged when you stay with your pets.
WIFI is available and we use Starlink, which is great. Mobile service is not available. We have an outdoor fire pit for guests use and we are happy to supply some wood for the fire.
The property is 112 acres and there are plenty of bush walks available to guests.
We are also the gateway to the Watagan Mountains and just a short drive to Wollombi township and Laguna Great Northern Trading Post. Access is easy with direct tarred road so no need for 4wd.

Summary: Loved our stay just wish it could have been longer. Would stay again a heartbeat. Would have been nice to have had some kind of folder on arrival just noting some instructions for using things like jacuzzi, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc - just save stress trying to figure out as we are not lucky enough to have these things in our home. Please note this is not a complaint but suggestion. The closeness of the Trading Post would have been a great tip. We truely didn't want to leave & will hopefully be back sooner than later.
