A large picture window in the living room and sliding glass doors in the bedroom look out onto the Comal River. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine on the patio watching the river and wildlife. Less than a mile from downtown, you can walk to bars, restaurants, and theaters. Rockin' R River Rides is just down the street for your floating adventures. Or, bring your own tubes and walk across the street to the Garden Street bridge for a relaxing float back to the condo. Historic Gruene is a short 3-mile drive away, and the San Marcos Outlet malls are a quick 15 miles up I 35 for a day of shopping.
Cozy yet spacious, this romantic condo has everything you need. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV with cable, and free wifi. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked will all modern appliances, coffee maker, and plenty of dishware, cookware, and utensils for dining in. You'll sleep comfortably on the brand new beautifully dressed king bed and enjoy plenty of room for your belongings in the large walk-in closet. The bedroom also includes a TV. You'll find his and hers sinks in the bathroom vanity and a stunning newly remodeled walk-in shower.

Summary: My wife and I have stayed at VRBO properties for over twenty years and so far, this is one of the best places we have been. The hostess was very attentive without being intrusive. She wanted us to have the best possible stay. The apartment was spacious and clean and very well-appointed. All the necessary kitchen tools were available to cook a gourmet meal although I only cooked breakfast. The neighborhood looked older, well-settled, and safe. There are restaurants within walking distance. I would love to return to this very relaxing place if I ever desire to go to San Antonio, Austin, or Waco again.

Summary: We flew in from Florida for a Destination wedding for some friends at The Chapel in New Braunfels. Deborah was INCREDIBLE at communicating with us. This condo is perfectly centered and is within walking/driving distance for anything you could possibly want to do. The condo was so clean and nicely furnished. The king sized bed was divine! We felt right at home. The key code entry was so easy and honestly more convenient than trying to keep track of keys all weekend. I would absolutely return to this condo again and recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing get away! Thank you Deborah!

Summary: We stayed here 4 nights. Originally we booked for three but we were luckily able to extend an extra night. Deborah was so helpful and the communication was great. The place is really nice. We cooked several meals in the well -equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. We will look to stay here again when we come back to town.

Summary: Our flight was delayed and didn’t get there until late, the place was immaculate, very clean, comfortable and welcoming! We were there to visit family, this was the perfect location! The weather was great, we even soaked in the hot tub after a long day. I would recommend to anyone😄

Summary: The condo was a surprise stay for my wife and she absolutely loved it. Quiet spot for a getaway outside of summer. Its a quick walk from Schlitterbahn and within a few minutes of gruene for some excellent dining and shopping. Lovely space, well maintained and a joy.
