Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.
Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quite and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa..
Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Summary: Absolutely incredible. Property is simply amazing — they do such a great job keeping up with any seaweed that may have washed up (every morning they were out there taking care of it!) plants and shrubbery around the property are also unbelievable as well. It was truly a paradise. Location is an easy 5 minute drive from the Grocery Store which was very convenient. Our host Jen was seriously the best, greeted us with Rum punch and checked in on us throughout the whole week. Beach was awesome and it was private, relaxing and felt genuinely exclusive. We had a blast and we'll definitely be back :)

Summary: We had the most amazing stay! The property was wonderful, the management team were very attentive. It was just the perfect vacation that we needed - lots of peace and quiet, relaxing and the location was fantastic. Can’t say enough good things…we will see you next year!!! Thank you again.

Summary: We could not have been happier with our stay at Swaying Palms. Proximity to the beach with comfort of our own space was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and prompt when needed, especially when we arrived late in the evening. We were looking for something quiet, comfortable and secluded from the busier tourist areas and our bungalow was exactly what we had hoped for. We spent most of our vacation enjoying the beach, pool and sun from our patio. We went out for lunch each day but made our evening meals here. The grocery store is a 10 minute drive. We would definitely come back here again.

Summary: I almost don’t want to tell people how great this place is because I want to come back and it not be sold out. If you are looking for peace and quiet in Provo this is it….. Grace Bay has become crowded and overpriced….. Swaying Palms is quiet, serene and close to everything. We stayed 10 nights and accommodations were better than the pictures. Able to go grocery store to get supplies with full kitchen. Beach chairs and almost private beach only a handful of people so nice. Watching the Kite Surfers was also amazing everyday…… Will be back Team was great and easy for check in and check out. Fitness area was also convenient and good equipment. Loved loved loved it !❤️

Summary: Wow, what an amazing property right on Long Bay Beach. The water is amazing, waist deep, and very little wave activity. Our bungalow was steps away from the ocean and we loved the entire set up. The doors open up to expect completely expose the outside area, splash pool, and several sitting areas. we can’t thank you enough for an amazing Christmas/anniversary vacation, we will be regulars and plan on coming back in the new year. Thanks so much!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful location! Bungalows were even better than our high expectations! So close to beach! My husband is a kiteboarder and he loved that there were so many kiteboarders in the area! Fun and relaxing trip and we will definitely be back! Terry was wonderful to work with - so friendly and quick to answer any questions!

Summary: My husband and I loved this property. Just a few steps from the water but so amazingly private. We spent hours each day laying on the outdoor sofa watching the kite surfers in the bay and taking dips in the pool. Everything was super clean, beds slept great and the outdoor shower was an excellent touch
