This Beautiful lakefront home is cozy and comfortable! Located in the heart of wine country on the West side of Seneca Lake with a very short ride to Watkins Glen or Geneva which offers shops, restaurants, state parks, the International race track at Watkins Glen, hiking and biking. You will watch the beautiful sun rise and look over wonderful Seneca Lake from sun up to sun down. The home has a wonderful flat yard next to the lake. Off the wine trail of State Route 14 a private drive leads to cottage with parking and completely lake level. There is a fire pit, gas grill and covered patio. The home also has a washer and dryer. The water does come from the lake so we suggest bringing drinking water. Located less than a 20 minute drive to Watkins Glen or Geneva. Visitor's will find lots to do or you can choose to just relax next to the cool waters of Seneca Lake. Located just off State Route 14 which is the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.

Summary: This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. We loved the firepit and the lake views are unbelievable! The house is adorable and fully stocked with every cooking utensil you could think of. The place was spotless and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We already booked another stay for next summer before we left! Love it here!!!!

Summary: After a bit of a scary drive down to the house we loved the location. We were there to explore the finger lakes wineries and couldn’t have picked a better spot. After a few trips we got used to the drive and really had no problems with it. The back yard is right on the water and we loved sipping wine at night and coffee in the morning and listening to the lake lap the shore line. The home has a little bit of a musty odor in the front bedroom but the rooms were all comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Overall it was a great week.

Summary: Most beautiful lakefront patio/bbq/lawn we have ever experienced. Totally immaculate fully equipped and Comfortable!! Owner visits were a nice touch. No Wi-Fi, decompress & enjoy the wine & water.

Summary: I had a great stay at the cottage, as I was alone most of the week it was just the right size for me. I sent an email to the owner when I was there but never heard from her, although the contact leading up to my stay was good. It was great to have a fire near the water and it was not buggy at all! Very private location if looking to unplug!

Summary: We stayed at this house for a girl's trip and couldn't have been happier. The cottage is adorable with every amenity you need. The lake was so tranquil and peaceful...we will definitely go back.

Summary: This was such a cute house. Quaint and Cozy! We were there during the hottest week. Days in the 90’s and I was worried the window air conditioner in the living room would not be sufficient for the back bedroom and bathroom but it worked perfectly! The house is very well stocked for what you might need. The covered outdoor patio was the best! We spent a lot of time there.

Summary: This cozy home was just about perfect for my husband and I for our 12 day stay. The view certainly cannot be beat and the neighborhood was so quiet and quaint…we were there over the 4th of July weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks displays over the lake! The house is situated about 1/2 way between Geneva and Watkins Glen, so it was a great jumping off point for exploring the area. The kitchen has all the utensils and tools you need to cook….you just might need to supplement with some additional spices, oils, etc. Check in was simple once I texted the property manager to find out what needed to be done. The shower is very small…even for a 100 lb, 5ft tall woman like myself. And unfortunately the fact that there is no WiFi really bothered us. We definitely know how to relax and unplug, but we were relying on our phones to figure out where we wanted to eat, explore, etc. We wished the listing had stated that there was no WiFi so we could be more prepared. Perhaps a few small games and a kayak to use on the lake would be nice additions as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Summary: Perfect location and layout for a girls' weekend! The house is beautiful, well-stocked, and so convenient to Watkins Glen, Geneva, and other area attractions! We loved relaxing by the lake every night, enjoying the fire pit, and some local wine. We can't wait to come back!
