Summary: pluspunten *rustige omgeving *huis staat aan het eind van een dood lopende straat *supermarkt en voetbalveld dichtbij minpunten *veel achterstallig onderhoud *enorm verouderde elektronica *koelkast beneden zat schimmel in en kon niet aan want dan viel de stroom uit *de bed kussens waren heel plat *bij regen viel de buitenstroom groep in de meterkast uit

Summary: Haus und Einrichtung sind sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Sehr schön ist der Blick von der oberen Terasse bzw. aus dem großen Wohnzimmer. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist schnell erreichbar und hilft umgehend. Die Umgebung ist für Wanderer und (sportliche) Radfahrer wunderschön. Die Radwege auf ehemaligen Bahntrassen (Mosel-Maare-Radweg) sind auch mit Kindern sehr gut befahrbar. Nachteilig sind die im Hang und somit komplett unter der Erde befindlichen Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Die Bilder suggerieren einen großen Garten, der so nicht vorhanden ist. Benachbart ist ein Turmhaus vermietet, zu dem einige der veröffentlichten Bilder gehören. Der untere Gartenbereich am Wintergarten ist nicht nutzbar und mit der oberen Terrasse nicht verbunden. Hier wäre eine kleine Gartentreppe wünschenswert.
