You can’t find a better place than Central Oregon to escape the stress safely. River, hill, and trail welcome you and promise to help you rejuvenate.
PLEASE inform us of your plans to bring your dog (no other pets allowed). One dog, less than 50 lbs only. Dog must be crated when left alone in unit. $75 pet fee for one dog applies. Owner must verify that dog is current on all vaccines and flea medications. Guest will pick up/clean up all pet waste and will be responsible for costs associated with remediation of fleas, or damage from dog. Dog not to be left unattended in property unless kenneled. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Summary: It was quiet and enough room. Lots of supplies and the laundry was a real bonus. Only issue we had was the front yard was full of burrs. The back patio is nice but there is a tree in need of a branch to be trimmed. It was dropped a lot of sap and sticky stuff all over which stuck to our shoes and bare feet was not an option.. and the bigger issue was that the bedroom window does not lock. But the inside provided all we needed which was wonderful.

Summary: I carefully researched a place that would work for attending the yoga festival and felt A/C would be needed in June (especially after a hot day of yoga). The cottage is exactly as described and has everything except the advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, the iTrip staff supporting us seemed to have no clue. Their guidebook said there was A/C, the placards in the unit said there was A/C and it just didn't exist. I didn't appreciate ending every evening waiting for things to cool off. Otherwise, the unit is perfect - everything you need for a nice, cozy central Oregon stay.

Summary: I stayed here for a few days while in bend and it was a really cozy house! The full kitchen was great, bed and couches were super comfortable. Only downside was we couldn’t figure out how the tv worked for possible streaming but there were a few dvds to select from. Overall a great stay in a great location.

Summary: This is a decent sized home in an area of Bend that is very close to nice places to eat and drink. Our main issue was the two places to sit in the living room. The main sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on for more than a minute of two and the little futon type settee may have been more uncomfortable than that. Now this was not a deal breaker, but I am older (71) and disabled, so we spend a little more time in our room and sitting than the average visitor to Bend, and a comfortable place to hang out was just not there. For us anyway. But the price to stay was GREAT, and the bed comfortable. They also had a great kitchen. If they upgraded the sitting, we would return for sure. Thanks.

Summary: very clean and unusually well supplied. All was highly satisfactory. Beer bar next door that luckily shut down at 7PM and then seemed to shut down permanently. Nearby nice grocery store.
