Summary: The front office staff are some of the nicest and most accommodating we had on our trip. They help with anything you need. The only little problem with the room was that there was no air conditioning in the room so it got a little stuffy and hot in the night time.

Summary: The hotel is very nice, but overpriced. I think, the biggest part of this price is for the view, and view is wonderful! The personnel is very friendly and ready to help. It was also very nice to see the little presents for our dog in the room. Location is also good - there is a walking view route in 5 min from the hotel. The center with cafes and restaurant also not so far away -about 10 min walk. BUT: The bathroom is extremely small and should be renovated (as an example - the sink is pretty small and low, even for me with the height of 164cm it was uncomfortable to use). No air conditioner (I believe, this is because of the building itself is not so new). And the biggest disappointment - the restaurant. Extremely overpriced, but nothing special in the taste at all. On top of that, we were waiting for our order more than 30min. Not sure if it's still has the Michelin star, but anyway, I do not recommend it.

Summary: Excellent hotel, very cosy and clean. The food was great, room is clean and quiet with comfortable bed, and the view is fantastic. Great location near Lake Eibsee and Zugspitze. Highly reommended
