Positive: The location. We had an room upgrade which was lovely. The original room wasn't as shown in the booking picture. Clean newly refurbished, but small and fairly dark, so very pleased to be moved Good selection at breakfast.

Positive: A fantastic and peaceful spot in the middle of beautiful Goslar. The historic buildings is beautifully restored. The wintergarden perfect for breakfast. The garden perfect for the dog. Just an amazing place.

Positive: The hotel made us feel really happy, lovely room and Goslar is a very picturesque town. The hotel breakfast is excellent and we were lucky enough to be sat in the dining room which is a beautiful room. The geography of the hotel was difficult to learn at first because of the several buildings and courtyards but we learnt our way around and it doesn't feel so far once you know your way around.
Negative: Difficult way to get around the hotel and parking area especially when it is raining and you have to go outside to get from your room to the restaurant or the car park.
Summary: Comfortable room and a lovely ambience in the hotel.

Positive: Goslar is a very charming village and this hotel was in middle of the city centre with access to all main sights. The staff was very friendly and supported in finding a parking space. Plenty of options near the hotel for a minor fee. Hotel and rooms are very well kept and breakfast is very nice with a broad selection. The room was clean and spacious with a sizable modern and very clean bathroom. I would definitely come back
Negative: It took a bit to find the entrance, but other than that no negative points.
