Positive: Wonderful hotel with beautiful architecture! Room was really pretty and comfortable, very clean and quiet. Very nice touch with the lovely teas available and sweet complimentary cake. Breakfast was super diverse and delicious. Finally the spa was amazing! Lots of equipment, calm and comfortable. There is also a rooftop with incredible views . We loved our stay here and will definitely come back!!
Negative: Maybe what could be improved is the friendliness of the staff... Most of them were very cold, even felt like we were bothering the ladies at the front desk while checking in.

Positive: Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.
Negative: Small bathroom. Small and narrow hanger for ski, it was difficult to reach the ski hanged on the edge even for a slim person like me.

Negative: Very Bad smell at the swimming pool (by the corners) Room a bit too small for the price No coffe/tea in the room Small shower not working very well (not lots of water pressure) Not enough space to hang wet clothes/towel To charge an hybrid car it costs 20chf, usually it is 5.- could have been free.
