Positive: The large apartment is very attractive & well equipped. The large balcony has wonderful sea views. It is in a peaceful location in a garden & olive grove. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Coffee & olive oil etc were provided (thank you!). There is a large bedroom & 2 additional beds in the main sitting room. It is a good location for sightseeing & hikes. The apartment is very clean. It is excellent value for money. We very much enjoyed our stay & recommend Romanza Villas.

Negative: The shower could benefit from updating. There were some issues with check-in & check-out, causing some delays. The apartment is close to the sea but it isn’t possible to swim nearby; you need to drive to Sitea town beach (which is very nice).

Positive: The views from the spacious balcony , are excellent . The gardens are well maintained , which , in turn, adds to the views ! The apartment is very spacious and clean . The cost of our stay provided an excellent value for money. The location is extremely convenient when visiting Vai and Itanos beaches , as well as when driving to Palekastro and the fabulous Retro Taverna !!!

Positive: Beautiful view from terace, a bit outside Sitia, near City beach. Landlord is very Nice and gave us useful informations. There are a lot opportunities to hike Gorges and visit different beaches.
