Summary: Een hele fijne vakantieplek. Mooi huis, prachtig uitzicht. Overdag en in de vroege avond enig geluid van tractoren maar niet hinderlijk. 's Nachts diepe stilte buiten en slapen als rozen. Zeer tevreden over deze locatie!

Summary: Beste Thomas, De systemen van Belvilla werken goed. Het is voor mij onmogelijk om contact te krijgen of een annulering door te geven. De mail, de chat en de annulering van de boeking werken niet. Op 28 december heb ik de boeking geannuleerd via de mail. Wegens de de 2G+ regeling. De verhuurder kwam met deze mededeling op 28 december. Voor ons een verrassing. Wij zijn gevaccineerd en dat zou voldoende moeten zijn. We hebben ook geen klachten. Summary: Wij zijn nu 4 dagen in Ferienhaus Spanchen en hebben het prima naar ons zin. Het appartement is gezellig ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het uitzicht is schitterend. Er is genoeg te doen in de buurt, zeker als je van wandelen houdt. Het ligt dicht bij Schonecker Schweiss, een heel mooi natuurgebied. Summary: De aankomst was hartelijk! Een fijn vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien. En ja, heel schoon! Een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de heerlijke tuin; een levend schilderij. Vriendelijke eigenaren, bescheiden, op de achtergrond altijd aanwezig. Genoten van de Heidelbeer en uit de tuin van mevr. Brauneck en vol bewondering gekeken naar de houtsnijkunst van dhr. Brauneck. Rust, natuur, cultuur, wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden in overvloed. De Eifel heeft veel te bieden. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad, en zullen zeker terugkomen!

Summary: Het adres van het appartement bij Belvilla klopte niet. Het is ferienwohnung Spänchen aan de Hauptstrasse 23 in Rommersheim, niet in Giessdorf! Nadat we de woning daadwerkelijk gevonden hadden was het een heel relaxt verblijf. Rommersheim is een klein dorpje met veel rust, boerderijen en weidse uitzichten. Ook leuk: er is een melkautomaat bij de overburen. Voor voorzieningen als een bakker en restaurants kun je terecht in Prüm wat 3km verderop is.
