Positive: Classic Chinese style hotel with fabulous welcoming hosts. Reminds me of the old days of my travels in East Asia. Location great,close to railway station,Carrefour supermarket & lots of good local food stalls & cafes.Close to Wenhua Street Night Market. (& of course a few 7/11s) Good value. Great hosts.

Negative: All was good. Everything was as detailed. Nothing to dislike.

Positive: The lady was nice, the position was very central and the price was ok.

Negative: It was quite dirty and the room without window and toilet was a bit terrible. Moreover there were cockroaches in the rooms.

Positive: It was one of the cheaper options and we booked the cheapest room they had so we did not spend a lot of money which was nice. Location was great, lots happening around the hotel, very close to the forest railway station which we had to go to after checking out. Wifi was also good and airconditioning worked amazing.

Negative: The room was absolutely tiny, we feel like it didn’t represent the pictures we saw online. the room was right next to the stairs so there was a lot of outside noise. There were no windows in the room but that was announced beforehand I believe. The worst thing was the mattress, it was hard as a rock. It actually felt like sleeping on the floor. The room didn’t have bathroom facilities so we had to use the shared facilities. Toilet was fine but the bathroom was a little disgusting. Everything is very old, it smelled bad and there were lots of little flies.

Summary: Our tip: Spend a couple bucks a night more on a better hotel

Positive: Well located cheap place near the train station (8 min walk) and the night market (5 min). When you book a place like that you know what you're getting into. But if a roof over your head with a well working AC and a shower with enough water pressure and warm water is what you need, this one fits the bill.

Negative: Everything, except the staff - they were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are run-down, old, windowless (technically there was a window but it was in the bathroom and opened into a hallway), etc.
