Positive: Very nice, polite owner who came to greet us and show the apartments. Great and quick communication. We rented both apartments (bigger building) which were clean and tidy. The bottom one is modern, top one made to an "old" style. Both are very nice.
Negative: Little things that once improved would make a great difference: no cutting board in the kitchen, no hooks for the hand towel in the bathroom (there are hooks on the door for the big towels) no hook for the toilet rool (it has to lay on the floor). Bigger building apartments guests have no access to the jacuzzi.

Positive: An ideal place to explore the surrounding area (Piran, Koper, Trieste and even Pula, Ljubljana and Venice). Beautiful view of Koper and Triest, on-site Jacuzzi, swimming pool, barbecue area. Very comfortable apartments - at a very good price. Very hospitable and helpful host. Perfect stay. Thank you...
Negative: In the villa on the stairs, a handrail would be useful (for the safety of the child). Replacing the lock in the apartment with one that prevents the door from being slammed with the key inside in the lock.
