Home Sweet Home: A Note From The Homeowner- We love our prime 30A location, with easy access to Hwy 98 via WaterSound Parkway, just half a mile away, avoiding heavy traffic. A short walk takes us to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and The Big Chill. Our private beach access is directly across 30A. The 15-foot island is perfect for large families, offering ample space to cook and dine. Bedrooms are split for privacy, with the master on one side and two guest rooms on the other. One guest room is spacious, ideal for kids. The large balcony has a sectional sofa and dining for eight. The master has balcony access, perfect for morning coffee. All rooms feature smart TVs. The soundproof Waterhouse unit offers a peaceful retreat, blocking out traffic noise.

Lined with artsy villages, coastal lakes, upscale boutiques, eclectic beach bars, and world-class restaurants, Florida's Scenic Highway 30A has something for everyone. Summary: Everything was perfect. Apartment is fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Bikes were a plus because there are no restaurants close to the apartment. Communication with the manager was easy and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place

The kitchen was fully stocked and each bathroom equipped with soaps and plenty of towels. We were appreciative of the beach towels provided by Royal Destinations. The recent updates to the unit were noticeable and tasteful. The outdoor seating area was ample and inviting! My family had a 5 star stay and we will be booking this unit for our next family vacation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Even though 30A is a busy road, it wasn’t difficult or cumbersome crossing it to get to the beach easily. The beach access on this side of 30A does have quite a few stairs, so if it’s more difficult for you to take stairs, would recommend staying closer to Seagrove Beach and west. We, however, really enjoyed this part of 30A. It is less busy than other areas where we have stayed. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool. The first night was the best, with live music playing at the local waterhole below, it was a beautiful atmosphere and the sunsets each night and rooptop view to the beach was awesome. The unit itself was very nice and updated. Would have liked the furniture (couches) to have been a bit more comfy, but the bedrooms and beds were great with ample space and beautiful decor.The kitchen was well stocked and we both cooked in and found wonderful restaurants nearby. Our favorite was George’s in nearby Alys Beach. Royal Destinations was proactive and professional, often checking on us and responsive to our needs. We did have to rent beach chairs separately from the reservation for $75/day. It would have been nice if the chairs had been included. It did seem as though other guests of Waterhouse had chairs automatically a part of their reservation. We would have liked a golf cart but didn’t want to add in the extra expense. The bikes included were great and we enjoyed using them, especially to ride to the Big Chill, which isn’t too far away. Overall, we loved our stay and even stayed an extra night. Thank you to the RD team for taking such good care of us and for the beautiful property! Highly recommend!

It's a beautiful condo - very comfortable, updated, and clean. The beach is literally just across 30A, with a cross walk. There is a little smoothie and pastry window, along with a wine and beer bar inside the main building. The rooftop pool is a good size, and we never felt that it was too crowded. It's not surrounded by a ton of shops or restaurants within walking distance, but they are a very easy bike ride away. We rented e-bikes for the week, on top of the two bikes provided with the condo. The beach service was great, and the private beach was never over-crowded during our stay. The only downside is the poor cell service within the condo itself. We had to step outside to make calls, even with the wifi working well inside the condo. Overall, we love this option on 30a for our 4-person family and would come back a third time!

Summary: Property was fabulous!! Great location, across from beach, spacious, awesome roof top pool, close to everything! Cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Loved the condo. Condo Management had great communication and responsiveness. Only suggestion to them is thoroughly check AC before guest arrival, as it was not working when we got there. But I will say management got someone out asap the day of check in and 2nd day it stopped working and got it fixed. They were great. Would definitely stay here again!!

The building is so close to the beach, and we loved the little shop on the property where you can get beer and wine, along with the smoothie bar that the kids loved for breakfast. It's not in the heart of the restaurant areas of the beach towns, but it's a quick drive to Alys, Rosemary, Seacrest hub, and Seaside. The shared rooftop pool was also very nice with super easy access and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The condo and location were great! It was a vey nice place. Super convenient to the beach across the street. Overall we loved the place. The hot tub was not working correctly. It was too hot for any of us to enjoy. The jets also wouldn’t stay on. We were pretty bummed out about the hot tub not working.
