Positive: The apartment and room was very clean and well maintained. The location was very central with all restaurants and facilities nearby.
Negative: The entry system was different to what I was used to but once you got the knack it was very easy.

Positive: The room was nice, I appreciated having a good table.) The kitchen is well-equipped. The location was convenient. Although the doors system is slow and after several attempts I gave up opening the room and had to call, the help from the hotel was efficient.
Negative: The rooms are not soundproof. The cleaning lady started cleaning around 9am, which meant one wasn't able to use the bathroom right before checking out.

Positive: The place is brand new, modern, fairly stylish and super clean. Very comfortable beds, good size rooms, great shower and wi-fi. The kitchen has a brand new tableware, pots, pans etc, everything is in immaculate condition. The supermarket and park are at your doorstep and so is the tourist center. There are few details that need improvement (below) but overall the place is great value and I would happily stay there again. There are 2 shared bathrooms and it seemed to be enough even when the house was full. The shared spaces are cleaned every day and they are doing a very good house-keeping. I haven't met in person the person taking care of the place but the whatsap communication was quick and easy and all my concerns were solved, thank you.
Negative: The app to enter the building and apartment was a hassle for me and few other guests. I was given a chip key and it stopped being a problem. The kitchen needs some cooking basics like oil and spices - I had to buy salt (which I left behind - you are welcome:) and having coffee pods for that coffee machine would be nice or I'd suggest getting a french press. The windows in the rooms and one of the bathrooms needed blinds when I stayed there but I was told that they had to be custom made so probably by the time you get there it you'll have your privacy. It wasn't much of a problem anyway. The rooms with balcony are on the louder side of the building so if you're street noise sensitive you may want to ask for the other side.

Positive: Pretty much everything, excluding the stuff I am going to write below:)
Negative: The noises from the neighbors, the solution with the airkey (my phone died once and we had to wait until some other people from the hotel came out), no salt and pepper (it’s unnecessary to buy it for a few days, so maybe put it there), no possibility to have privacy in your room and bathroom because you can’t hide from the eyes of the neighbors!
