You'll have access to the completely furnished and totally private roof deck with BBQ, TV, and fire pit.

Summary: I would HIGHLY recommend this place anyway, but DEFINITELY on the 4th of July with so many different types of fireworks going on throughout the city. The manager was quick to communicate, and the property was a cool little place for sure!

Summary: Close to downtown and a great location. The place could have been cleaner. Beer cans were found under the bed, cigarette buds and bottle caps were on the roof top and empty bottles of liquor in the kitchen cabinets. No propane in the two bottles at the house. The living room couch was broken. The house was Definitely very used. There are several leaks in the house due to the recent rain but if it doesn't get fixed soon the mold will be coming.

Summary: Great location with plenty of space for a family. Owner was very helpful with access on arrival and with WiFi, and other questions we had. Great restaurants within walking distance. Parking for two cars in the garage was a huge plus!
