This over 200-year-old waterfront mansion (yalı) has a historic and old appearance but also one of the unique Bosphorus views in Istanbul that you may come across! The blue, green, and tranquility are waiting for you. You will be close to the city while avoiding city traffic and concrete gray! 6-7 min walking to the center and have ferry/bus/minibus to the main transportation arteries such as Hacıosman Metro, Maslak, Taksim, Beşiktaş...The only noise you hear will be seagulls and fishing vessels.
You have your own balcony with a stunning Bosphorus view. This duplex flat is a 1+1 heated by the natural gas system (combi boiler). There is a double bed and 2 couches (one two-seater and one three-seater) in the living room, so it can accommodate 4 people. The flat is on top of the building but there is access to the building from the upper street so you don’t need to climb up the stairs. You actually climb ‘down’ 10 stairs to enter the flat.
