Reviewer Comments: When we arrive to the location of Island club rentals we were pleasantly surprised because our room was ready way before 4:00 check-in time which was a bonus. The room was clean and there was definitely ample space to accommodate larger groups however on our girls trip it was nice for five women because we all had our own bed and three bathrooms to share which was perfect. Also we rented a six-person golf cart and it was on the premises ready for our immediate use. Would definitely stay here again for any future events that we may have to put in Bay!!

Summary: Property is in a great location and plenty of room. I did not love that the bedrooms were in the basement. Also, water seemed to be coming up from the floors in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms.
