Positive: The positives: great price, location and view. Dave can be an affable and accommodating host in his 2br apartment.
Negative: On the downside, the room has no window. The Japanese style screen door opens onto the lounge room, but the door to the balcony is shut when Dave smokes and drinks there, which he did most of the day and some of the night when I was there, so it’s difficult to get airflow... And while Dave is friendly, he was also drunk most of the time I was there, meaning there were many times I needed to retreat to the bedroom or go out to avoid going further into the details of his various health and life complaints.
Summary: This is the most difficult review I’ve had to write. Overall I had a mostly good stay, but I won’t be back.
