Positive: Nice views, room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view from our room.

Negative: Cold shower, there was no hot water when we wanted to shower. Hidden breakfast costs, we were told when we went for bfast that we had to pay for one of our meals despite it saying breakfast included on booking. The breakfast was not worth it, not a lot of options and would have rather eaten out had we known.

Positive: Restaurant is a bit small to accommodate all the guest at dinner time. Unfortunately most of the nights I had to eat out because of this

Negative: No smart TV's in the rooms [need a laptop or phone to access Netflix/Spotify and Youtube] and the aircon is not remote controlled which is also another limiting factor.

Positive: Great hotel in the CBD. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities you need. The hotel arranged the airport shuttle both ways on time, without any problem. Absolutely recommended without hesitation!

Negative: The restaurant (Table50Two) needs to improve the service. Overall the food is good, but some of the orders came wrong/incomplete.
