Positive: It's only a 20 minute walk to the city centre, and very near the train station and a metro station. There are supermarkets, shops and bakeries nearby. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Near enough the centre to walk, but also far enough out so local restaurants were a bit cheaper than central ones.

Negative: The shared bathroom is quite small, and the shared cooking area is outdoors, so it can get quite cold depending on what time of year you're there. The internet dropped in and out quite a bit, and the signal strength was quite variable.

Summary: Very enjoyable, with welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts, and a good location.

Positive: Friendly hosts in a family home. More like a homestay. The bed is big and the room has a good size. There’s a fridge and a stove you can use. We were allowed to do our laundry which we really appreciated.

Negative: When booking we actually thought that we would have something like an apartment since the ad said „the whole place is yours“. So, we were honestly pretty confused when we found out that we only had a room for us. At the end it didn’t really matter much.

Positive: Very nice hosts, good location, about 10 minute walk from the metro station Sasuntsi David, big comfortable bed, great value for money. Yerevan is amazing and you'll have great fun exploring it.

Negative: To get to the room you need to go through the house where the hosts live, but they are so nice, it's not really a problem.

Positive: - Hospitable, communicative host - great value for money - quiet and calm despite vicinity to car traffic - garden - host made every effort to have us cook a few meals. - facility takes very few guests. Feeling of being part of your host's family.

Negative: - not very central, but we already knew that. Taxis are cheap and their cost is largely covered by the room price. - birds were a bit noisy - no closet, but host provided a solution.
