Summary: It is the staff that makes the difference. The physical space needs upgrading, but the people who work there make it worth the stay. Best of the best was Ms Angela Rubie from the dining room. She loves her work and it shows. Any time I’m attending an event at Woodstock Negril next door, I’ll be staying at Rooms on the Beach Negril.

Summary: I was not happy with the fact that we had to pay to have a fridge in the room. The closet light had a mechanism to turn on when it’s opened but it stayed on throughout the stay even when we closed the closet so it could turn off. They even tried to use duct tape to fix it but it never worked. It looked more like an eyesore. For dining, the staff was very friendly and professional and the food was good but the downside to that was there were too many flies around that it made the food undesirable. If there was a way to better tackle the flies issue then I would be able to enjoy the dining experience a bit more. Before I left the property after checking out, one of the staff at the gate didn’t acknowledge us as we were leaving and seemed like she was mad that we were taking so long to get out. If those can be fixed. I might come back for my next trip.

Summary: Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Really clean rooms with AC super friendly staff at breakfast and the bar and right at the beach… what more can you ask for. ONE LOVE

Summary: Rooms accommodated all of our wants and needs and their staff are amazing. The continental breakfast is a lot and fills the tummy for the day until dinner. Helps save on food cost. Love this place. It could use some refresh but you see staff all day busy doing what they need to for the guests and we love the cats!!
