NEIGHBORHOOD
Family friendly neighborhood that is a very close drive to everything Buffalo has to offer. The corner cafe less than a 1 minute walk makes breakfast and lunch easy for the group - they also service smoothies, coffee, pastries, snacks etc. There is a bike-share station right next to the cafe as well if you want to rent bikes and explore! Easy access to the highway allowing for quick trips to airport, zoo, downtown attractions & fine dining, Niagara Falls (22 mins), buffalo bills etc.
For those who like to shop enjoy locations like Athleta, J Crew, LL Bean, Home Goods, Cabela's, Wegmans, Trader Joes, Macy's, Target & more within a 15 minute drive.
ACCESS:
This apartment is on the ground floor of a 3 story building. It requires walking up approximately 4 stairs to reach the front patio. Washer and dryer available to guests - located in the basement down a short flight of stairs. Otherwise, there are no stairs needed to navigate the bedrooms, kitchen, living space bathrooms etc.
PARKING: This listing uses free and plentiful street parking to accommodate guests. This is a VERY friendly parking experience - the entire neighborhood is block after block of free street parking. You won't struggle to find spots or to read signs. It is easy - so easy that many homes in the neighborhood don't even park in their drive way, they just use the street parking because it is easier.

For added safety & security precautions, there are deadbolt locks, outdoor flood lights and security cameras outside overlooking the exterior.
Parties and events with guests not on the listing are strictly prohibited and will be met with a charge of $100 per guest per night for unauthorized events and parties
All over night guests must be listed on the reservation - visitors who don't spend the night are allowed but must be made known to hosts.
No Smoking of any kind - evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fee
